About the BMW 2002 2.0 Turbo (170 Hp) RWD
170 hp from a turbocharged M10 in a car weighing 1,080 kg. The KKK turbocharger was crude by modern standards — boost came in a rush above 4,000 RPM and disappeared below it — but the effect was explosive. The flared fenders accommodated wider wheels. The front air dam carried the reversed "2002 turbo" script. Only 1,672 built before the oil crisis pulled the plug. This is the rarest and most valuable BMW 2002, and one of the most significant turbocharged cars ever built.
