The T32 X-Trail was Nissans global bestseller for nearly a decade. Built on the CMF-C platform and known as Rogue in North America, it offered a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with CVT and available AWD in a package that prioritized interior space over driving thrills. The Zero Gravity seats were genuinely excellent, and the optional third row meant families could stretch. ProPILOT Assist arrived mid-cycle and added semi-autonomous highway driving. Not exciting, but it did not need to be — this was transportation for millions.
