About the Fiesta Mk3

The Mk3 Fiesta grew up significantly in 1989. Larger dimensions, a more sophisticated chassis, and available power steering made it feel like a class above the original. The RS1800 and RS Turbo variants at the top of the range were properly fast, but even base models benefited from the stiffer body structure and improved refinement. Ford sold this generation for eight years across countless markets. In the UK especially, the Fiesta became as much a cultural fixture as it was a car — everyones first set of keys.
