About Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi made cars, ships, banks, and air conditioners. The car division was never the biggest part of the conglomerate, but it produced one thing the rest of the empire couldn't: the Lancer Evolution. The Evo started as a homologation special for the World Rally Championship. A Lancer sedan with a turbocharged 4G63, all-wheel drive, and enough rally engineering to embarrass cars costing three times as much. Ten generations in 24 years, each one faster and more sophisticated. The Evo vs. STI rivalry defined JDM performance for an entire generation. Mitsubishi stopped making the Evo in 2016 and pivoted to crossovers. The Eclipse became an SUV. The Lancer was discontinued. The enthusiast cars are gone, and the brand is now a Nissan subsidiary focused on practical vehicles. But on Revnut, what matters is the 4G63, the Super AYC, and the cars that could beat Porsches in the rain.
