About the NSX 3.2 VTEC Type R (290 Hp) RWD
The 2002 NSX-R took the formula further. The 3.2-liter C32B with 290 hp, a fixed carbon fiber rear spoiler, additional chassis bracing, and suspension tuning that extracted lap times no one expected from a naturally aspirated car with under 300 hp. It lapped the Nurburgring Nordschleife in 7:56 — faster than contemporary Ferraris and Porsches with significantly more power. The 2002 NSX-R is the most capable car Honda has ever built for the road, and one of the most valuable Japanese cars in existence.
