About the C63 W205

For the W205, AMG traded displacement for boost. The M177 is the AMG GT's 4.0-litre V8, with its two turbochargers sitting inside the vee, and it came in two strengths. The C63 makes 476 PS, 469 hp in the US, and 650 Nm. The C63 S makes 510 PS, 503 hp, and 700 Nm from 1,750 rpm. Both drive the rear wheels only. ADAC lists the S sedan at 4.0 s to 100 km/h and 1,730 kg. The 2019 facelift brought the Panamericana grille and a nine-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT in place of the seven-speed. By the 2019 model year the US offered sedan, coupe and convertible in both outputs. The American line ended with the 2021 model year.
