About the Lancer Evolution Evo VI (CP9A)
Named after Tommi Mäkinen, who won four consecutive WRC titles in the Evo. The TME (Tommi Mäkinen Edition) was the homologation special: titanium turbo, close-ratio gearbox, stiffer suspension, and AYC tuned for oversteer. At 1,360 kg with 280 hp and 373 Nm, the Evo VI TME was the most rally-ready Evo you could buy with a warranty. Mäkinen's signature car, and the one collectors fight over.
