The 964 Turbo carried the 930's torch with a 3.3-liter turbocharged flat-six making 320 hp. Still single-turbo, still with the boost arriving like a detonation. The five-speed gearbox was a welcome upgrade from the 930's four-speed. The widebody with the flared fenders became the definitive 911 Turbo silhouette.
