About the AE86 AE86 Sprinter Trueno
The 4A-GE was a 1.6-liter twin-cam sixteen-valve four-cylinder that made 128 hp at 6,600 rpm. In a car that weighed 940 kg. The Sprinter Trueno got pop-up headlights (the Levin got fixed), a live rear axle that was forgiving and easy to slide, and a chassis that taught more people to drive sideways than any car in history. Takumi Fujiwara drove one down Mount Akina in Initial D. Keiichi Tsuchiya drove one in real life. Both made the AE86 a religion.
