The B48 2.0-liter turbo four makes 258 hp and drops 110 kg off the nose compared to the six-cylinder. The result is a lighter, more balanced car with sharper turn-in and a willingness to rotate that the 3.0 has to work harder for. It's not as fast in a straight line, but on a tight track, the gap narrows. Toyota's engineers reportedly preferred this version for pure handling. So did a lot of journalists.
