The final 4G63. MIVEC variable valve timing gave the iron-block legend a broader powerband, and the MR package added the 6-speed, BBS wheels, Bilstein dampers, and an aluminum roof. 291 hp stock, 500+ hp with bolt-ons and a tune. The Evo IX MR is the tuner's Evo: the last of the iron blocks, the most proven platform, and the one that dominates time attack globally.
